About

Prof. (Dr.) Durga Prasad Dash currently serves as a Professor in Kaumarabhritya and Deputy Dean at Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science and Research Hospital, Sri Sri University, Cuttack, Odisha, India. An esteemed Ayurvedic Paediatrician with extensive experience in both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching of Ayurveda & Kaumarabhritya (Paediatrics). He has completed his Post Graduation in the subject of Kaumarabhritya from Utkal University, Odisha, India, in 2001, and Ph.D. in Kaumarabhritya from the National Institute of Ayurveda, affiliated to Dr. S. R. Rajasthan Ayurveda University, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India, in 2010. With a distinguished career that began in postgraduate teaching at SDMCA&H, Hassan, under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru, Karnataka, and LRPAMC under the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nasik, Maharashtra, India. Dr. Dash brings over twenty-three years of teaching experience in Kaumarabhritya subject. He has made significant contributions to the field, including publishing a monograph on "Paipalada's Garbopanishad" in 2006 and authoring "Paediatrics in Ayurveda" in 2014. Furthermore, he has published more than 15 research and review articles in national and international journals. Currently working on many research projects.
