Swasthavritta and Yoga is the branch of Ayurveda that deals with Preventive Health, Promotion of Health, and Rehabilitation. We follow holistic principles like Dinacharya, Ritucharya, and Sadvritta to maintain health and delay aging.

1. Dinacharya (25 Hrs)
  • Tooth powder/paste analysis, Tongue cleaners.
  • Kavala, Gandusha, Anjana, Pratimarsha Nasya.
  • Abhyanga (Head/Foot/Body), Udwartana.
  • Lifestyle counseling & documented outcomes.
2. Ahara & Nutrition
  • Regional food collection (Millets, Cereals, etc).
  • Pathya Kalpana (Manda, Peya, Yusha, Takra).
  • Dietary regimens for Prakriti/Seasons.
  • Anthropometric measurements (BMI, etc).
3. Yoga Practice
  • Asanas: Standing, Sitting, Supine, Prone.
  • Pranayama: Nadishuddhi, Ujjayi, Bhramari.
  • Kriyas: Jalaneti, Kapalbhati.
  • Common Yoga Protocol for IDY.
4. Public Health
  • Visit PHC, CHC, Water plants, Milk dairies.
  • Surveys: Family health (Rural/Urban).
  • Sewage treatment & Occupational safety studies.
