Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

At Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science & Research Hospital (SSCASRH), we are committed to transparency in all our financial transactions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding fees for academic programs, hospital services, and events.

2. Academic Fees

Application Fees: All application and processing fees for admission are non-refundable.
Tuition Fees: Refund of tuition fees upon withdrawal of admission will be governed by the guidelines issued by the UGC / NCISM / Sri Sri University norms applicable for the respective academic year.
Hostel Fees: Refunds for hostel and mess fees are subject to the university's hostel policy and usage on a pro-rata basis.

3. Hospital Services

OPD Consultation: Registration and consultation fees are non-refundable once the service slip is generated.
IPD / Treatment Packages:
- Advance payments for planned procedures/treatments may be refunded after deducting administrative charges if cancelled 24 hours prior to admission.
- In case of discharge against medical advice or early discharge, charges will be calculated for actual services utilized, and the balance (if any) will be refunded.
Medicines: Medicines once purchased from the hospital pharmacy cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of proven quality defects or dispensing errors.

4. Events & Workshops

Registration fees for seminars, workshops, and CMEs are generally non-refundable.
If an event is cancelled by the institution, a full refund or adjustment against future events will be offered.

5. Payment Disputes

In case of duplicate payments or technical errors during online transactions, please contact our accounts department with the transaction reference ID. Verified cases will be refunded to the original payment source within 10-15 working days.
