The registrant must be faculty, Ph. D. Scholar, M. D(Ay) / M.S(Ay) scholar of any subject specialty recognized by NCISM.
(i) Paper presenter – Registration fee – Rs. 300 / each. They will be awarded with e-certificate of presentation
(ii) Co-author – Registration fee – Rs. 200/ each (Registration is necessary only if they desire to get the certificate as co-author)
(iii) Listener participant – Registration fee Rs. 100/ (faculty member, Ph.D. scholar, M.D (Ay)/M.S.(Ay) scholar, Physician, Under Graduate student can register in this category. They will get e- participation certificate)
Topic may be selected under any of the 14 disciplines of Ayurveda as notified by NCISM . The author has to mention the “BRANCH” at the top of the abstract. (like – BRANCH – “AGADA TANTRA”).
For abstract submission registration is mandatory. The payment receipt is to be submitted with the abstract.
The abstract must have – (i)Title, (ii)Name, designation, institution, address, mobile No. , WhatsApp No. and e-mail of the presenting author and co-author(s).
Word count of the abstract should not exceed 300 excluding the title and information of the author(s).
The closing date of abstract submission is 12.00 midnight, 4th August 2023.
