DIET OF AN INFECTED PATIENT OF COVID 19

COVID 19 has been a burden upon health care system if we have a look into toady’s scenario. Everyone’s life has been sandwiched by strict rules & regulations which are actually needed to be followed as per guidelines recommended by WHO. When a patient is getting infected by this virus, certain diets need be followed which have been inscribed in detail.

1. Infected patients should take soaked Almond & Raisin (Kismis) regularly in the morning.

2. Finger Millet ( Mandia/Ragi), Dalia should be taken in breakfast for proper digestion & enhancement of energy & immunity.

3. Paneer, Soya bean, Ground Nut should be taken regularly.

4. Protein rich diet should be taken.

5. Diet should be processed with Olive oil & Mustard oil.

6. Jaggery & Ghee should be taken after diet.

7. Fruits should be taken regularly.

8. Small quantity of Dark Chocolate should be taken by the patients who are in Quarantine & Isolation.

9. Khichdi should be taken in dinner

10. Turmeric(Haldi) mixed with Milk should be taken.

11. Lukewarm Drink (Lemon, Water, Sugar, Salt) should be taken to rehydrate the body.
