4th National Ayurveda Day on 25th October 2019

Lord Dhanwantari Jayanti was observed as National Ayurveda Day all over India since 2016. As per the directive of Ministry of Ayush, Government of India 4″ National Ayurveda Day was celebrated on 2S’h & 26’h of October 2019. On this occasion following activities were done by SSUAYH.

1.Ayur Daud Walkathon with Central Research Institute of Ayurveda

Timings were from 6:30- 8:30 AM at Biju Patnaik Park, Forest Park, Bhubaneswar for Swastha Bharat

On the occasion of 4″ National Ayurveda Day,the 2S” October 2019(Friday), Sri
Sri Ayurveda Hospital,SSU Cuttack observed this day by Organizing the Half Marathon
‘RUN FOR AYURVEDA’ in association with CARIHD, CCRAS, Bhubaneswar from Biju
Patnaik Park, Bhubaneswar.

Seminar on “Leading Life Ayurveda Style”

  1. Dr. Kshirabdi Tanaya Routray, Associate Professor of Samhita & Siddhanta, SSN Ayurved College & RI, Nrusinghnath was invited as a guest to give a lecture to all the staff and students of SSU on “Leading Life Ayurveda Style”. She has enlightened and emphasized the importance of following Dincharya, Ritucharya, Aahara, Vihara, and also the importance of the right pattern of sleep in human life.

3.Dhanvantri Homa – The beginning of Diwali Celebrations Homa is the most ancient and sacred ceremony in the Vedic tradition. with enchanting of Matras in a chorus to create the atmosphere holy & sanctity.
